ZenVibe Virtual LLC – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Can I work with multiple clients at the same time?

No, you can only enroll in one training program at a time. Once you successfully complete training and begin servicing a client, you may explore additional opportunities, provided they align with your availability and performance.

2. What is the pay rate?

The pay rate depends on the assignment and can vary based on the client, job type, and your performance during the assessment process. Pay details will be provided to you for each specific opportunity.

3. Are there any fees to begin working?

The only mandatory fee is a $30 background check fee, which remains valid for up to 36 months. Additionally, you will need to invest in your own equipment, including:

  • A compatible computer or laptop
  • A wired internet connection (Wi-Fi alone is not sufficient)
  • A noise-canceling headset

We will provide recommendations for approved equipment upon request.

4. What are the eligibility requirements?

To work with ZenVibe Virtual LLC, you must:
✔ Be at least 18 years old
✔ Reside in an eligible state within the United States
✔ Have access to the required equipment
✔ Pass a background check MAYBE  a drug test ( depending on the assignment)

5. What are the benefits of working with ZenVibe Virtual LLC?

As an independent contractor (1099 status), you have the freedom to:

  • Set your own schedule and work on your terms
  • Work remotely from the comfort of your home
  • Choose the clients and opportunities that best fit your skills and lifestyle

Since this is an independent contractor role, traditional employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans are not provided. However, you gain full control over your work-life balance and earning potential.

6. Am I responsible for my own taxes?

Yes. As a 1099 independent contractor, ZenVibe Virtual LLC does not withhold taxes from your earnings. If you earn $600 or more per year, you will receive a 1099 tax form for reporting income.

💡 Tip: We strongly recommend consulting a tax professional to maximize deductions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

7. Why is my background check still pending?

Background check processing times vary and may take anywhere from a few hours to several weeks, depending on external factors. If your background check remains pending, we appreciate your patience while it is being processed.

8. I enrolled in training, but the job opportunity disappeared from my portal. What happened?

If a job disappears from your portal, it may be due to:

  • Failure to pass the background check
  • Missing a required step in the onboarding process
  • The opportunity reaching maximum capacity

You may be eligible to reapply in the future once any issues are resolved.

9. Can I reapply if I drop a client?

Yes. If you decide to drop a client, you can reapply for new opportunities by logging into your portal and searching for available positions under your Service Partner ID. However, reinstatement is subject to:
✔ Client availability
✔ Your prior performance and compliance
